Tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned up to 2 P.M.
of 08.09-2008 and will be opened on
the same date at 3.00 P.M, 3:30 P.M,4:00 P.M
and 4:30 P.M. for Package A,B,C and D respectively, in presence of the
tenderers or their authorised representatives. Intending firms/manufacturers may
obtain detailed tender documents from the office of the Chief Engineer, (RE),
MeSEB, Lum Jingshai, Shillong, on payment of an a non-refundable amount of Rs.
500.00 (Rupees five hundred) only per package, in the form of Bank Draft/ Demand
Draft pledged in favour of “The Principal Account, MeSEB, Shillong” from 18.08.2008
to 29.08.2008 on any working day from 11:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
The
complete Tender documents including tender drawings are available at the website
of the MeSEB i.e. www.meseb.nic.in. Interested bidders can download the bidding
documents and commence preparation of bids to gain time. However, they will be
required to purchase the bidding documents from the MeSEB for submission of the
bid.
