Notice Inviting Tender : MeSEB/CE(GEN)/MLHEP/T-9(O)   

1. Meghalaya State Electricity Board (MeSEB) hereinafter referred to as “Board” responsible, interalia for planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of Hydro Power Projects intend to implement the following hydro-electric project.  

        84 MW (2 x 42 MW + I X 42MW) capacity Myntdu Leshka Hydro Electric Project in the Jaintia Hills District of Meghalaya, India.  

2. The Board wishes to receive offer for Air Conditioning and Ventilation System for  Myntdu Leshka Hydro Project.  

3. Interested parties may obtain the Bidding Documents personally or by writing to :

The request for Bidding Documents shall be duly accompanied by a non re-fundable fee of Indian Rs. 5,000.00 (Rupees Five thousand) only per set and must clearly state "Request for Bidding Document for Electrical and Mechanical Works, Package – E (7) of (2 x 42 MW + 1 x 42 MW) Myntdu Leshka Hydro Electric Project".  

The non-refundable fee may be paid in the form of crossed demand Draft in favour of "Principal Account, MeSEB, Shillong" payable at Shillong , India . The applicant may collect the documents in person or through authorized agent on all working days from 7^th to 25^th July 2008 between 10.00 Hrs to 17.00 Hrs. If desired, the Board shall dispatch the Documents by Courier/registered post, but no circumstances will it be held responsible for late delivery or loss of documents, so mailed.
