Sealed tenders in plain paper are invited for the work "Construction of 2(Two) Nos. of 3 (Three) Storied R.C.C Building Type-VI at Power House Colony Area of Myntdu Leshka H.E Project, Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya", (Estimated value Rs. 1,05,47,028/- ). The detailed NIT can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on any working day from 26^th June, 08 to 3^rd July, 08 on payment of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only, in the form of Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque (non-refundable) pledged in favour of the Chief Accounts Officer, Me.S.E.B., Shillong. Last date of receipt of tender is 10^th July, 2008 upto 14.00 Hrs. Only Contractors/Firms who self-owned Construction Machineries/Equipment (Proof of ownership mandatory) and have executed at least 1 (one) work of similar nature of value not less than Rs.50 (Fifty) lakhs during any of the last 5(Five) financial years in any of the Government Departments need to apply. The value of such works shall be brought to the current price level considering and average inflation rate of 5 % per year. Application should be compulsorily accompanied with documentary evidence as proof of ownership as well as experience.
