AMENDMENTS  

The Meghalaya State Electricity Board has made amendments to the Bid documents of IT initiatives to arrive at an IT strategy plan vide Notice Inviting Tender No. MeSEB/SE/COM/t-47/55 dated 11^th Jan 2008 . The amendments and the corrected Bid Documents can be downloaded from the web site of MeSEB, i.e., www.meseb.nic.in.  The last date of submission of the bid is extended up to the 31^st March 2008 at 2 PM and will be open on the same day at 3 PM .

AMENDMENTS

Clause 6.11 Sub clause 2. -  The word “software” appearing in the second line shall be read as “consulting”.  

Clause 6.11 Sub clause 3. -  The word “software” appearing in the first line shall be deleted.  

Clause 6.11 Sub clause 4. -  The word “and assessed at level 4 or above on the SEI-CMM model ”  shall be deleted.  

Clause 5.8 of section 3 -  The weights given to the technical and Financial Proposals shall be as follows :  

T = 0.65 for technical proposal.
P = 0.35 for financial proposal.
T + P = 1.
