Sub : Regulations - MEGHALAYA STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD EMPLOYEES (CONDUCT) REGULATIONS, 1996 - APPROVED.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section-79(c) read with 79(k) of the Electricity (Supply) Act. 1948, the Meghalaya State Electricity Board hereby makes the Meghalaya State Electricity Board Employees [Conduct) Regulations, 1996 annexed to this order.

These Regulations shall come into force from the date they are published in the Meghalaya Gazette. (Published in the Gazette of Meghalaya No.3 dated Thursday. January 9th. 1997).
